April showers did not discourage 36 club members in 21 cars from enjoying a beautiful drive and route through picturesque northwest Spokane County on April 24th, ending at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant in Suncrest.  The route designed by Rick Jordan was seldom, if ever scene, by most on the drive; winding through the emerging spring countryside while passing through the communities of Deer Park, Loon Lake, Springdale, and Suncrest. In spite of Rick’s unfortunate hip injury two weeks prior to the drive, the club rallied to keep the dive alive.  And for those fortunate enough to make our Club’s first driving event of the year, they were rewarded with camaraderie, seeing new landscapes, the joy of exercising their Porsche’s, and enjoying an excellent lunch at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant.
